At ClickLinker INC (“ClickLinker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect the privacy of the people we work with. This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect through our website at click-linker.com (the “Site”) and in our dealings with lenders, lead buyers, publishers and other business partners, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
The Site is our company website: it describes our lead generation services and lets businesses contact us. This Notice covers the Site and our business contacts only. It does not cover websites operated by others, including those of our partners, which have their own privacy policies.
Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
When you contact us through the form on the Site, we collect your name, company, email address, your role (lender, lead buyer, publisher or other) and your message. When you email us or work with us, we also collect the business contact details you share with us, such as your job title and phone number, and the content of our correspondence.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, the providers that host and deliver it receive the technical information every browser sends: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the website that referred you, and the date and time. This information is kept in server logs to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks. The Site does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set cookies of its own; see our Cookie Notice.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to you. Reply to your message and answer your questions.
- Work with you. Discuss, set up and manage a business relationship with you or your company, including agreements, integration, reporting and billing.
- Keep the Site working and secure. Deliver the Site and detect and block attacks, spam and abuse.
- Meet legal obligations. Comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, keep the records the law requires, and protect our rights.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We disclose it only:
- To service providers. Companies that host, deliver and protect the Site and provide our email and business tools, under contracts that allow them to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- For legal reasons. When the law requires it, for example in response to a court order, or when it is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of ClickLinker or others.
- In a business transaction. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Notice or to protections at least as strong.
- With your agreement. For example, when you ask us to introduce you to another company.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep messages and business contact details while we are in contact or work together and for a reasonable period afterward, and longer only where the law requires us to keep records, for example for tax and accounting. Server logs are kept for a limited period to protect the Site. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
Security
The Site is served only over an encrypted connection, and access to the information you send us is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access. Learn what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we use it and with whom we share it, and receive a copy of it.
- Correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete. Ask us to delete your personal information, except records the law requires us to keep.
- Object or restrict. Object to how we use your information or ask us to restrict it.
- Non-discrimination. Exercise these rights without being treated differently for doing so.

This section supplements this Notice as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from you and from your browser, for the purposes described in How We Use Your Information:
- Identifiers. Name, email address, phone number, IP address.
- Professional information. Company, role and job title.
- Internet activity. Technical information about your visits to the Site.
We disclose these categories to our service providers for business purposes. We have not sold or shared personal information, we do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not offer financial incentives for personal information. You have the rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Notice to International Visitors
ClickLinker is based in the United States, and we store and process personal information there. If you contact us from another country, your information is transferred to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use your information to take the steps you ask for before entering into an agreement and to perform it; for our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, running our business and keeping the Site secure; and to comply with legal obligations. You also have the right to receive your information in a portable format and to complain to your local data protection authority.

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as our LinkedIn page. Their privacy policies, not this Notice, govern how they handle your information.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and Updates
We may update this Notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site.
